Include your macOS version, Tilra version, the affected app, and the steps that led to the problem. If displays are involved, describe your display setup.

Please remove private information from screenshots. Do not send passwords, verification codes, or personal documents.

A window will not move or resize

Check that Tilra is not paused and that its Settings show Accessibility allowed. macOS manages this permission in System Settings → Privacy & Security → Accessibility.

Focus the window you want to arrange, then try again. Some apps enforce a minimum window size or do not allow a particular window to be resized.

Undo a window arrangement

Use Tilra’s Restore command to return a window to a recorded earlier position and size. Restore history belongs to the current Tilra session and is not kept after quitting.

Stop arranging windows

Use Pause in Tilra’s menu, or quit Tilra. If a window moved unexpectedly, tell support which command you used and which app was affected.
